Juke Jewellery shipping policy 

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United Kingdom. We are working towards offering international shipping! 

  • Please allow 3 days for order processing. 
  • Standard UK tracked delivery is £2.50 (2-3 working days)

Return and Refund Policy 

Juke Jewellery return and refund policy 

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025 

Your satisfaction with our pieces is our number one priority. 

To request a return please email our team at jukejewellery@gmail.comPlease attach your order number, the reason for your return. 

Returns: 

  • We accept returns 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund by email. 
  • Please note that earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. 
  • We do not cover the cost of postage for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We also advise that you track your returns as we are not liable for lost parcels. 
  • Please package the item in the same condition it arrived in, unused or unworn and in its original packaging. 
  • Items that are not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error, may be rejected for a return and will be sent back to you. 

Refunds: 

  • Once the items have been received and checked to be in their original, unused condition, you will be issued a full refund. 
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of you making the return. However, we process refunds as quickly and efficiently as possible. 
  • Once your refund is processed you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. 

Faulty items:

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of order. 

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges as part of company policy.
